The Committee will meet to hear invited and public testimony on the
following:

- Whether a phase-in program for public schools or other governmental
units is warranted;

- System reliability and service quality standards needed to ensure
safe and reliable power and the role of the independent system operator
in a fully competitive market;

- Effects of deregulation on the appraisal value of distribution,
transmission and generation assets;

- Completion of testimony on stranded assets from previous hearing; and

- Discussion of outstanding issues.
