The Committee will receive invited testimony concerning Charge Number
Three:  Assess the impact NAFTA is having on the state's infrastructure,
including but not limited to transportation, education, housing, the
environment and health and human services.  The Committee will hear
testimony on NAFTA's impact on international ports of entry.
