To consider the following:

The Interim Committee on Home Health and Assisted Living Facilities
will meet to hear invited and public testimony about issues regarding
home health care and assisted living facilities.

                  NOTICE OF ASSISTANCE AT PUBLIC MEETINGS

  Persons with disabilities who plan to attend this meeting and who
  may need auxiliary aids or services, such as interpreters for persons
  who are deaf or hearing impaired, are requested to contact Judy
  Daugherty at (512) 475-2342 at least two (2) weeks prior to the
  meeting so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
