The Committee will meet to hear invited testimony only on the effects
of recent civil justice and workers' compensation reforms.

The Committee will meet jointly with the Senate Interim Committee on
Economic Development, which is charged with addressing the impact of
these reforms on the Texas business climate.  Public testimony will be
taken at a future hearing.
