To consider the following:
The Senate Interim Committee on CHIP will hold a joint public hearing with
the House Public Health Committee and the House Appropriations Committee
to take invited and public testimony regarding the development of a state
Children's Health Insurance Program.  The hearing will focus on issues
relating to administration and procurement, and a presentation of the HHSC/
TDH agency proposal.
