      Add new rider to CSHB 1, Article III, page 155 as follows:
      Contact hours shall not be certified for state funds for
students registered solely for physical education, weight lifting,
group exercises, aerobics or related courses except as may be
required for the student to be awarded a degree or certificate of
completion of a course study.
