Amend Floor Amendment No. 30 to CSHB 1, which is the West
amendment to CSHB 1 shown on page 40 of the "PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO
CSHB 1," by striking the language showing the palcement of the text
in the bill and substituting and appropriately numbered placement
in Article XI.
