Amend the Kuempel Floor Amendment No. 32 to CSHB 1, to read
as follows:
      Amend CSHB 1 in Article XI by adding the following
appropriately numbered rider on page XI-78 after the appropriations
to the Texas Water Development Board.
      _____.  Contingency Rider HB 3079.  Contingent on the
enactment of HB 3079 by the 76th Legislature, Regular Session, the
sum of $3 million is appropriated out of the General Revenue Fund
to the Texas Water Development Fund for grants relating to state
aquatic vegetation management as provided by Subchapter N, Chapter
15, Water Code, as added by that Act.
