Amend Floor Amendment No. 35 to CSHB 1, which is the
Yarbrough amendment to CSHB 1 shown on page 44 of the "PROPOSED
AMENDMENTS TO CSHB 1," by striking the language showing the
placement of the text in the bill and substituting an appropriately
numbered placement in Article XI.
