Amend Floor Amendment No. 37 to CSHB 1, which is the Dutton
amendment shown on page 47 of the "Proposed Amendments To CSHB 1,
as follows:
      (1)  Strike the language showing the placement of the text in
the bill and substitute an appropriately numbered placement in
Article XI.
      (2)  Strike lines 11 through 28.
