      Amend CSHB 1 as follows:
      (1) On page XI-31, in Article XI of the bill, under 10.4.1.
Strategy:  ACADEMIC EDUCATION (Increase minimum formula funding at
community colleges), strike the following amounts:  $74,900 (1st
year) and $74,970 (2nd year), and add the following amounts to each
year:  $174,900.
