      Amend CSHB 1 as follows in Article XI, add the following
contingency rider to be appropriately numbered and inserted into
the appropriate of Article XI.
      CONTINGENCY APPROPRIATION FOR HB 2155.  Contingent upon the
enactment of HB 2155, or similar legislation relating to the
creation and operation of the Texas State Board of Mechanical
Industries and the regulations, mechanical laws, and programs by
that board, by the Seventy-Sixth Legislature, Regular Session, the
Texas State Board of Mechanical Industries is hereby authorized to
transfer all methods of funding, appropriate strategy items for the
purpose of carrying out the functions and responsibilities of the
Texas State Board of Mechanical Industries.
