Amend Floor Amendment No. 6 to CSHB 1, which is the Janek
amendment to CSHB 1 shown on page 22 of the "PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO
CSHB 1," to read as follows:
      Amend CSHB 1 as shown by adding the following rider on page
II-41 after the appropriation to the Texas Department of Health and
renumbering the remaining riders accordingly:
      _____Limitation on Film and Print Processing Facilities. The
Texas Department of Health may not operate or equip more than one
film and print processing facility at its central office campus in
Austin.
