Amend CSHB 110 as follows:
      (1)  On page 1, strike lines 12 and 13 and substitute the
following:
constituting a felony, a Class A or Class B misdemeanor, or a Class
C misdemeanor involving moral turpitude, a violation of state or
federal
      (2)  On page 3, strike line 9 and substitute the following:
constituting a felony, a Class A or Class B misdemeanor, or a Class
C misdemeanor involving moral turpitude during
