Amend CSHB 156 as follows:
      (1)  on page 1, line 15, between "(B)" and "a", insert
"except as otherwise provided by this subdivision,".
      (2)  on page 2, between lines 10 and 11, add:
      "The term does not include a gathering described by Paragraph
(B) that is conducted by the Texas Highway Commission  or for which
the Texas Highway Commission is responsible."
