Amend CSHB  211, in SECTION 3 of the bill, proposed Section
552.3241, Government Code, on page 2, at the end of line 20, by
adding "This section applies only to information that:
      (1) relates to a student or former student of the school
district or school; and
      (2) is requested from the school district or school by a
parent or guardian of the student or former student.
