Amend HB 247, Section 54.020 (b), Local Government Code, in
Section 1 of the bill (page 1, line 17) after "occurs" and before
"." insert: ", and may not include any health or safety ordinance
which relates to the National Electric Safety Code (NESC) or to the
operations of a utility."
