Amend HB 247 as follows:
      (1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 54.020(d),
Local Government Code (senate committee printing, page 1, line 36)
between "owner" and "the", strike "of, or a person residing on,"
and substitute "of the property and a person residing on".
      (2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 54.020(f),
Local Government Code (senate committee printing, page 1, line 47)
between "owner" and "a person", strike "or" and substitute "and".
