Amend CSHB 341 as follows:
      (1) On page 2, line 3, strike "DISCLOSURE." substitute
"DISCLOSURE; APPLICATION TO CERTAIN EMPLOYEES. (A)".
      (2) On page 2, between lines 7 and 8, insert the following:
      (b) An employer may not disclose information about a licensed
nurse or licensed vocational nurse that relates to conduct that is
protected under Article 4525d, Revised Statutes.  The employer must
provide an affected nurse an opportunity to submit a statement of
reasonable length to the employer to establish the application of
Article 4525d, Revised Statutes.
