Amend CSHB 400 as follows:
      (1)  on page 4, line 13, between the words "24.542-24.547"
and "to", insert "and 24.555".
      (2)  on page 5, following line 3, insert a new Section 24.555
to read as follows:
      Sec. 24.555. 409TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT (EL PASO COUNTY). The
409th Judicial District is composed of El Paso County.
      (3)  on page 7, line 21, strike "and 402nd" and substitute
"402nd, and 409th".
