Amend HB 541 as follows:
      (1) On page 1, line 23, strike "and".
      (2) Strike page 2, lines 2 and 3, and substitute the
following:
      under Section 330, Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C.
Section 254b), and its subsequent amendments; and
            (5) does not perform abortions or provide abortion
referrals or provide assistance to ambulatory health care centers
that perform abortions or provide abortion referrals.
