Amend CSHB 676, in SECTION 1 of the bill (on page 1,
Committee Printing), by striking lines 45-49 and substituting the
following:
      "semitrailer; and
                  (ii)  the vehicle is on a farm-to-market or
ranch-to-market road; or
            (6)  on a beach, 15 miles per hour<, or a vehicle
towing a trailer, semitrailer, another motor vehicle or a towable
recreational vehicle>.
