Amend HB 749 as follows:
      (1) On page 1, strike lines 19-21 and substitute the
following:
      (c) A person does not commit an offense under this section
solely because the person provides spaces at a flea market.
      (2) On page 1, lines 22 and 23, strike "or (c)".
