Amend CSHB 797 as follows:
      (1)  On page 16, line 21, between "unjustifiable" and
"conduct", insert "or illegal".
      (2)  On page 21, line 2, between "any" and "remedy", insert
"legal".
      (3)  On page 25, lines 20-22, strike "unless that date is
impossible. In that event, the court shall hold the hearing on the
first judicial day possible".
