Amend HB 965 on second reading as follows:
      1)  On page 1, line 7, insert FORESTRY HARVESTING EQUIPMENT,
between the comma and "and".
      2)  On page 1, line 18, insert forestry  harvesting equipment
between the comma and "off-road construction equipment".
      3)  On page 2, line 16, insert forestry harvesting equipment
between the comma and "off-road construction equipment".
