Amend CSHB 1152 as follows:
      (1)  On page 10, line 8, strike "or".
      (2)  On page 10, line 10, strike "." and substitute ", or".
      (3)  On page 10, after line 10, insert the following: "(8)
the owner or person alleged to have committed the violation did not
receive a Notice of Violation or Civil Citation in accordance with
Section 707.011".
