Amend HB 1161 as follows:
      (a)  On page 5, strike lines 6 through 9 and substitute the
following:
      "(1)  one member nominated by the comptroller to represent a
public hospital or hospital district located in a county with a
population of 50,000 or less or a public hospital owned or
maintained by a municipality."
      (b)  On page 7, line 1, between the words "district" and
"that," insert the words "located in a county with a population of
50,000 or less or a public hospital owned or maintained by a
municipality".
      (c)  On page 12, strike lines 16 through 19, and substitute
the following:
      "(1)  one member nominated by the board to represent a public
hospital or hospital district located in a county with a population
of 50,000 or less or a public hospital owned or maintained by a
municipality."
      (d)  On page 15, line 4, between the words "district" and
"that," insert the words "located in a county with a population of
50,000 or less or a public hospital owned or maintained by a
municipality."
