Amend Floor Amendment No. 2 to CSHB 1171 as follows:
      (1)  Amend proposed Section 401.203, Health and Safety Code,
by striking <only> and replacing it with "only" (line 9, FLOOR
AMENDMENT No. 2).
      (2)  Strike subsection (b) of Section 401.203 in its
entirety.  Renumber subsequent subsections appropriately.
