Amend HB 1283 in Section 1 of the bill, on page 2 of the
bill, by striking lines 7-9 and substituting the following:
      "significant adverse effects to water quality; or
            (ii)  pollutants from an aquaculture facility in this
state <more than 500,000 gallons into surface water during any 24
hour period>.
