Amend CSHB 1324 as follows:
      (1)  Strike the recital to SECTION 1 of the bill (page 1,
lines 13-14, Senate committee report printing) and substitute the
following:
      SECTION 1.  Section 122.002, Civil Practice and Remedies
Code, is amended by amending Subsection (a) and by adding
Subsection (c) to read as follows:
      (2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in amended Section 122.002,
Civil Practice and Remedies Code, insert a new Subsection (c) to
that section (page 1, between lines 20 and 21, Senate committee
report printing), to read as follows:
      (c)  An action for damages brought by a person under
Subsection (a) must be brought not later than the second
anniversary of the date on which the person served as a juror.
