Amend HB 1620 as follows:
      (1)  On page 2, line 15, strike "and".
      (2)  On page 2, between lines 15 and 16, insert the
following:
            (4)  the interests of persons owning homes that are
located on or around the body of water; and
      (3)  On page 2, line 16, strike "(4)" and substitute "(5)".
