Amend HB 1620 as follows:
      On page 1, between line 37 and 38, insert the following:
      (c)  If the department disapproves a prohibition or
limitation, requested by a governmental entity, the department will
hold harmless and indemnify the governmental entity for any claim
resulting from the use or operation of aquatic aircraft; and
