Amend CSHB 1910 as follows:
      (1)  On page 1, between lines 4 and 5, insert a new Section 1
to the bill to read as follows:
      SECTION 1.  Subchapter F, Chapter 401, Health and Safety
Code, is amended by adding Section 401.214 to read as follows:
      Sec. 401.214.  REPORTING LOW-LEVEL RADIOACTIVE WASTE
DISPOSAL.  (a)  On the request of a member of the legislature the
department shall report to the legislature the location, character,
and amount of low-level radioactive waste stored or disposed of in
the state.
      (b)  The department shall post on the Internet information
regarding the location, character, and amount of low-level
radioactive waste stored or disposed of in the state and update the
information at least annually.
      (2)  Renumber the subsequent sections of the bill
accordingly.
