Amend CSHB 1910 as follows:
      (1)  On page 21, line 26, strike "OR DEPARTMENT".
      (2)  On page 22, line 1, between "disposal" and "site",
insert "or assured isolation".
      (3)  On page 22, lines 2 and 3, strike all between "chapter"
and the period.
      (4)  On page 22, lines 7 and 8, strike "as required <from the
commission>" and substitute "from the commission".
      (5)  On page 22, line 13, strike "and the department each".
