Amend HB 2031, at the end of proposed Section 521.251(e),
Transportation Code (on page 9, line 30), by adding the following:
      "Fees collected under this subsection may be appropriated
only to the department to pay the department's administrative costs
incurred in:
            (1)  receiving, safekeeping, and evaluating the status
of driver's licenses taken by a peace officer from the license
holder under Section 524.011(b) or 724.032(a); and
            (2)  issuing occupational licenses granted under
Section 521.2425."
