Amend CSHB 2085 as follows:
      (1)  On page 124, line 27, strike "and".
      (2)  On page 125, strike lines 1 - 3 and substitute the
following:
            (11)  one licensed physician who is a pediatrician; and
            (12)  four representatives of the general public who
are not qualified to serve under another subdivision of this
subsection.
