Amend CSHB 2085 as follows:
      (1) On page 25, line 23, following the period, insert "The
total amount of the penalty assessed for a violation continuing or
occuring on separate days under this subsection may not exceed
$5000."
      (2) On page 30, line 12, following the period, insert "The
total amount of the penalty assessed for a violation continuing or
occuring on separate days under this subsection may not exceed
$5000."
      (3) On page 35, line 1, following the period, insert "The
total amount of the penalty assessed for a violation continuing or
occuring on separate days under this subsection may not exceed
$5000."
      (4) On page 40, line 2, following the period, insert "The
total amount of the penalty assessed for a violation continuing or
occuring on separate days under this subsection may not exceed
$5000."
      (5) On page 45, line 4, following the period, insert "The
