Amend CSHB 2259 as follows:
      (1)  On page 5, line 6, strike "and".
      (2)  On page 5, line 10, strike the period and substitute ";
and".
      (3)  On page 5, between lines 10 and 11, insert new
Subdivision (15) to read as follows:
            (15)  a dangerous wild animal owned by and in the
possession, custody, and control of a college or university solely
as a mascot for the college or university.
