Amend CSHB 2371 (House committee report) by striking SECTION
1 of the bill on page 1, line 4, through page 2, line 16, and
substituting the following:
      SECTION 1.  Section 151.313, Tax Code, is amended by adding
Subsection (c) to read as follows:
      (c)  In addition to the items listed in Subsection (a), a
diaper other than a diaper purchased, sold, or used by a diaper
service is exempted from the taxes imposed by this chapter. This
subsection expires on the second anniversary of its effective date.
