Amend CSHB 2372 (House committee report) on page 1, by
striking lines 18-19 and substituting:
      (B)  is either:
            (1)  specifically formulated and labeled for children
12 years of age or younger; or
            (2)  purchased by an individual 65 years of age or
older; with proper identification;
