Amend CSHB 2624 as follows:
      (1)  On page 1, line 24, strike "two-year" and substitute
"five-year <two-year>".
      (2)  On page 2, strike lines 10-12 and substitute the
following:
            (2)  enter into a new contract, with the current
central nonprofit agency or with a different entity, by using
competitive sealed proposals in accordance with Subtitle D, Title
10, Government code.
