Amend Floor Amendment No. 1 to HB 2821 as follows:
      (1)  On page 1 of the amendment, on line 8, between
"taxation" and "of the land", insert "by a taxing unit".
      (2)  On page 1 of the amendment, on line 9, between "fairs"
and the period, insert ", if the exemption is approved by the
governing body of the taxing unit".
