Amend HB 2947 as follows:
      (1)  On page 2, line 59, strike "three" and substitute "two".
      (2)  On page 2, line 60, strike subsection (j)(2) in its
entirety and substitute:  "(2)  of the previous adjudications, the
conduct that was the basis for one of the adjudications occurred
after the date of another previous adjudication."
