1.  Amend SECTION 10 of CSHB 3050 in page 13, line 27 by
adding the following after "board.":
"The authority may make, guarantee, participate in, insure,
co-insure, or reinsure loans to an eligible agricultural business
from the proceeds of revenue bonds issued in accordance with
Section 58.033 in an amount approved by the board."
