1.  Amend SECTION 12 of CSHB 3050 in page 14, line 25 through
page 15, line 2, by striking the proposed Sec. 58.026, Agriculture
Code, and replacing it with the following:
      Sec. 58.026  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN RECREATIONAL
ACTIVITIES.  Nothing in this chapter shall affect the applicability
of Chapter 75, Civil Practice and Remedies Code.
