Amend HB 3050 by striking SECTION ____, as added by the
amendment, and substitute the following:
      SECTION __.  Section 7 of this Act, adding Chapter 46,
Agriculture Code, takes effect only if a specific appropriation for
the implementation of that section is provided in HB 1 (General
Appropriations Act), Acts of the 76th Legislature, Regular Session,
1999.  If no specific appropriation is provided in HB 1, the
General Appropriations Act, Section 7 of this Act, adding Chapter
46, Agriculture Code, has no effect.
