HB 3072 is amended as follows:
      (1)  On page 1, line 17, delete all language beginning with
and including the word "owned" and ending with and including the
semicolon after the word "<trade in>";
      (2)  On page 1, line 17, insert the following after the word
"vehicle":  "used as a trade-in";
      (3)  On page 1, line 17, insert the following between the
word "trade-in" and the word "and":  "or a motor vehicle owned by
the buyer that has been declared a total loss by the buyer's
insurer;"
