Amend CSHB 3142 as follows:
      On page 4, strike lines 12-13 and substitute the following:
      (16) a course of instruction that is provided on a one-to-one
basis.  This exemption for one-to-one instruction does not include
instruction to more than one individual at one time with time spent
alternating from one individual within the group to other
individuals within the group.
