Amend HB 3191:
      (1)  On page 1, line 12, strike "board rule" and substitute
"rule approved by the commissioners court".
      (2)  On page 1, between lines 13 and 14, insert new
Subsection (c) to read as follows:
      "(c)  Fines collected under Subsection (b) shall be deposited
in the county's general fund."
