Amend CSHB 3333 as follows:
      (1) on page 1, line 16, insert the following between "vendor"
and the period:
      "The minimum reimbursement rate for a facility that does not
participate in the voluntary designated vendor program must be at
least 75 percent of the local rate based on the current market
survey"
      (2) on page 1, lines 18, strike "CHILD CARE" and insert
"INFANT AND TODDLER CHILD CARE"
      (3) on page 1, line 18, strike "Each" and substitute "(a)
Each"
      (4) on page 2, between lines 6 and 7, insert the following:
      "(b) Only a voluntary participant in the Texas Workforce
Commission's designated vendor program shall be eligible to
participate under this section."
